For ring orders, please check and select the correct ring size before placing your order.
4. We Create Your Portrait
Your item will be individually shaped, painted and finished by hand using your photo and personalization notes as the reference.
How to Choose the Best Photo
For the most recognizable result, please choose a photo that:

- Is clear and not heavily filtered

Please avoid blurry, dark or distant photographs, as well as images where part of the face is covered.

Each piece is handmade to order.
Please allow up to 25 business days for production before your order is shipped.
Business days do not include weekends or public holidays. Shipping time is separate and is not included in the 25-business-day production period.
Because every portrait is made individually, rush production is not available.
