One complimentary revision is included before handmade production begins.
4. Hand-Sculpting and Painting
After approval, your Custom 3D Pet Portrait Mug is sculpted and painted by hand.
Every portrait is individually made. Small differences in texture, shape, color, brushwork, and placement are natural characteristics of handmade art.
5. Protective Packaging and Shipping

Custom Order, Cancellation and Refund Policy
This Custom 3D Pet Portrait Mug is created specifically for you using the photos, names, dates, colors, and options submitted with your order.
Personalized products cannot be restocked or resold. Custom orders become final sale once design work or handmade production has started.
Orders may be cancelled within 6 hours of purchase, provided design work or production has not started.
After design work or production begins, the order cannot be cancelled, changed, returned, exchanged, or refunded for:
- Change of mind
- Customer-submitted spelling mistakes
- Customer-submitted date mistakes
- Incorrect options selected by the customer
- Low-quality or inaccurate reference photos
- Differences caused by screen color settings
- Minor handmade variations
- Artistic differences from the original photograph
- Designs approved before production
- Customs or carrier delays
We will assist when:
- The item arrives damaged
- The product has a confirmed manufacturing defect
- The wrong item was received
- The finished personalization differs from the approved design because of our error
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include your order number, clear photographs of the product, photographs of the packaging, and a brief description of the problem.
Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a repair, replacement, store credit, or refund.
Damage caused by dropping, misuse, improper washing, dishwasher use, microwave use, or failure to follow the care instructions is not eligible for replacement or refund.
